What conditions can chiropractic care help with?

What happens during my first appointment?
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your condition, discussion of your symptoms and goals, relevant orthopedic or functional tests, and a personalized treatment plan.
Where appropriate, treatment may also be provided during your first appointment.
Do I need X-rays before seeing a chiropractor?
Not necessarily. X-rays and other imaging are not required for every patient. If imaging appears clinically necessary based on your assessment, we will discuss this with you and recommend the appropriate next step.
Do you offer dry needling?
Yes. Dry needling is available as part of a personalized treatment plan when appropriate. It may be used to address muscle tension, trigger points, and certain musculoskeletal complaints.
Do you provide treatment in English?
Yes. We provide consultations and treatment in both English and Spanish.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes. Home visits are available in Mexico City, subject to availability and location. Please contact us for pricing and scheduling.
